Wellesbourne Wanderers FC History

The club was formed in 1991, and has always played in the Mid-Warwickshire League. In the beginning we fielded two teams.
In 1997 junior training was relocated at Wellesbourne School to provide a safe environment for a growing junior group.
In 1999 the club entered its first Mini Soccer league team.
Since then various teams have had success in both League and Cup competitions, whilst emphasising the importance of enjoyment and participation for a wide range of ability.
Since 2002 League training was moved to the all weather pitch at Stratford High School, and since 2007 at the 3g pitch at Stratford Town.
