We have been busy working hard to create a safe environment for our players, parents and coaches both for training and the return of matches.
Below you will find all of the information you need either as a parent, player, coach, official, visiting team, League or County FA on the measures we are taking as a club to ensure everyone’s safety during these difficult times.
Track & Trace
For all friendly and league matches we will be asking the opposition to complete a track and trace form. These details will be held for 21 days and will be removed after that date. Only the Club Welfare Officer/COVID-19 Officer and Assistant Club Welfare Officer will have access to this data.
Please fill in this form before the game with details for players, coaches and parents/guardians who will attending for the home team. The away side will be asked to only fill in the contact details of their COVID-19 officer. The visiting club will be responsible for collecting their own guest information on their own systems.
