Wellesbourne Wanderers are pleased to announce the restart of our Minis sessions which take place on Saturday mornings.
We are back from Saturday 12th September at the Wellesbourne Sports & Community Centre 3G pitch.
As we’ve done in previous years, there are now two time slots, and it is really important that you register your child for the correct time slot.
9am – 10am – Reception and Year 1 children
10am – 11am – Year 2 children (Under 7’s)
No player can attend the sessions without registering before they arrive. So please makes sure you fill in this form before hand.
The cost for Minis is £60 for the season, or we can offer 3 payments of £20 as we can appreciate that during these times money is a little tight.
We are hoping to do this through our FA app, but we are just waiting on confirmation we can add those groups to it before we ask for payment.
Each parent who signs up will be emailed payment details once we have confirmed the method in which we will be taking payments for this season. Cash will not be accepted.
If you are new to Minis, the first two sessions are free to see if your child likes it.
Our club has been undertaking rigorous risk assessments on all of our venues, and there will be a strict entry and exit lane, with temperature checks and hand sanitising on arrival and departure. Spectators should be spaced evenly as possible to minimise contact with others.
What to Bring
Players must be wearing shin pads and appropriate footwear (as it can get slippy when wet/cold). Astroturf boots or studded boots are the best bet!
Please also bring a water/drinks bottle, which must be named to avoid any cross usage and so that the children can identify their own drinks.
