At Under‑11s, the balance shifts gently towards competitive football, though fun remains at the core. Players learn discipline and responsibility, discovering the importance of sportsmanship and respect. 

Training sessions are focused yet full of enjoyment, as players sharpen their skills and learn the value of teamwork. On match days, they balance growing technical ability with respect and sportsmanship, showing pride in representing the Wanderers.
